Strawberries & Cream Overnight Oats with Rose Syrup

Instructions:

1. In a bowl or jar, combine oats, Varty organic oat beverage - original, yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla, sweetener (if using), and a pinch of salt. Stir well to combine.

2. Toss chopped strawberries with rose syrup and lemon juice. Let them macerate for about 10–15 minutes so they release their juices and absorb the floral aroma.

3. Layer the oat mixture and strawberries in jars or containers. You can swirl them together or create layers for a pretty visual effect.

4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours)

5. In the morning, stir and top with more strawberries, a drizzle of rose syrup, and any toppings you like—nuts, petals, or yogurt dollops.

Ingredients

For the Oats:
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 1 cup Varty organic oat beverage - original
• ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt (dairy or plant-based)
• 1 tbsp chia seeds (for texture & thickness)
• 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt

For the Strawberries:
• 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
• 1–2 tsp rose syrup (adjust to taste)
• 1 tsp lemon juice

Optional Toppings:
• Extra strawberries or freeze-dried strawberries
• Crushed pistachios
• Drizzle of extra rose syrup or honey
