
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and herbs.
2. Pour in Varty organic oat beverage - original or barista and olive oil. Whisk just until smooth (don’t overmix).
3. Heat a lightly oiled nonstick pan over medium heat. Spoon in batter (about ¼ cup per pancake). Cook 2–3 minutes per side or until golden.
4. Top with avocado, sautéed mushrooms, or tofu scramble.

• ¾ cup all-purpose or whole wheat flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 tsp chopped herbs (like chives, parsley, or thyme)
• ¾ cup Varty organic oat beverage - original or barista (barista for richer pancakes)
• 1 tbsp olive oil (plus more for the pan)
Optional Add-ins:
• 1–2 tbsp grated vegan cheese or nutritional yeast
• Finely chopped spinach, green onions, or sun-dried tomatoes
