Overnight Pumpkin Spice Oats with Oat Milk

Instructions:

1. In a jar or airtight container, mix together the oats, Varty organic oat beverage - original or vanilla, pumpkin purée, sweetener, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and salt.

2. Stir well to combine.

3. Seal and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).

4. In the morning, give it a good stir. Add a splash more Varty organic oat beverage - original or vanilla if you prefer a looser consistency.

5. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy cold (or microwave for 30–60 seconds if you like it warm).

Ingredients

• ½ cup rolled oats
• ½ cup Varty organic oat beverage - original or vanilla
• ¼ cup canned pumpkin purée
• 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional, adjust to taste)
• ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice (or a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves)
• ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
• Pinch of salt

Optional Toppings:
• Chopped pecans
• Pumpkin seeds
• A dollop of peanut butter or greek yogurt
• More maple syrup
• Sliced banana
