Instructions:
1. Add potatoes to a pot of salted water, bring to a boil, and cook until fork-tender (about 15–20 minutes). Drain well.
2. Return potatoes to the pot or a bowl, add warm Varty organic oat beverage - original or barista and olive oil. Mash to your desired texture.
3. Mix in salt, pepper, and any extras like garlic or herbs.
Ingredients
• 2 cups diced potatoes (about 2 medium potatoes, peeled if preferred)
• ¼ cup Varty organic oat beverage - original or barista
• 1½ tbsp olive oil (or vegan butter)
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Optional: 1 garlic clove (roasted or boiled with the potatoes), 1 tbsp chopped chives or parsley
