
Instructions:
1. In a bowl or jar, whisk together the chia seeds, Varty organic oat beverage - vanilla, mashed banana, spirulina powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well to avoid clumping.
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight). Stir after the first 10–15 minutes to prevent the chia from settling at the bottom.
3. Once set, give the pudding a good stir. Pour into a serving bowl and add your favourite toppings.
4. Serve chilled and enjoy!
Ingredients
• 3 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 cup Varty organic oat beverage - vanilla
• ½ ripe banana (mashed, for sweetness and texture)
• ½ tsp spirulina powder (start with ¼ tsp if you’re new to the taste)
• 1 tsp maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
• ½ tsp vanilla extract (for extra flavour, optional)
Toppings:
• Fresh fruits: kiwi, ground cherry, strawberries
• Chocolate Granola
